About the Painting:

In the upcoming exhibit scheduled for the second half of 2024, titled “Kansas City: Reverie” A series of studies have been created in order to find the direction the exhibit will follow, but in doing so, these studies have found themselves as art auction items for several non-profit organizations in Kansas City, MO. Tamara being one of them, will examine Kansas City's diverse women, and in each canvas I will try to capture the essence of local women of various colors, ethnicities, and backgrounds, using pose, hues, and gaze to convey their individual narratives. The interplay of color schemes and background themes will hopefully invite viewers to contemplate the multifaceted nature of femininity and identity, while celebrating the beauty of diversity and unity within Kansas City’s community.
